But go to Tool Options dialog again, and go to Save Tool Preset, and save as New. I suggest turning on smooth stroke too, but that's up to you. Here you go to the Mapping Matrix on the drop down list and check off the Size/Pressure box, then click the list again and go to Size. Upon clicking the edit dynamic button, you'll be taken to the Paint Dynamics dialog. In your Window menu go to Dockable dialogs open the Paint Dynamics dialog. Anyway, you can create a custom brush setting for the paintbrush tool that works. Lucky for you, I spent a ton of time tweaking GIMP for just this.įirst, GIMP beta has advanced brushes like this by default.
